Answer: Yes, you can. You can make any changes to your order for 24 hours after the order has been made. Please be sure to make any modifications to your order within this time period. After 24 hours from the time of purchase, custom production has begun and no orders can be cancelled or modified.
Question: How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Answer: Please allow 2 - 3 weeks for delivery. Please note that during the holiday season shipping times can be increased due to the volume of items being shipped. While we watch the shipping closely, unfortunately the mailing process is out of our control once we ship your order. Track your order here

Answer: Our products are made in the USA and China.
Question: Will I receive a tracking number?
Answer: YES! Tracking numbers are typically available 7 - 10 days after your items are shipped. You can track your order via the "Order Tracking" link on our website. Or simply contact us and we'll get you the information you need.
Question: What if I'm not happy with my item when it arrives?
Answer: Our goal is to always exceed your expectations. These are custom printed products made just for you. If, on a rare occasion, you receive the wrong item or a defective design, simply contact us and we'll get you a replacement or refund right away! We simply need an image of the defective item. If you have a problem, we'll make it right!
Question: Do you offer a warranty period?
Answer: Because these are custom printed designs, made just for you, we are happy to replace or refund any items you may receive which are defective. We simply need an image of the defective item. Material defects are covered for a period of 10 days from the time your order arrives.
Answer: In the event you order the wrong shoe size, free exchanges will be allowed only once per shoe order. Once you provide us with the return shipping information for the original pair of shoes, we will start production on another pair of the shoes, and ship them as soon has production has finished.
In order for a free exchange to be processed, you must provide the following information: your name, your order number, reason the shoe didn’t fit (i.e. too small, too big, too narrow), and the new size you would like to order.
To reduce the risk of sizing issues, we have provided specific sizing charts on each product page, please be sure to review the guide before ordering.
Size exchange requests that differ by more than 2 sizes from the original size ordered will be considered a customer-input error and, unfortunately, will not be eligible for exchange by Gear Inbound.
